Unless something radically changed from Shotshow 2020, the 9mm JAKL has always been stated to be direct blowback, and use the AR-V lower receiver.

I’ll just get an AKV then… Maybe a JAKL in .300 or 7.62x39 !!!
The AKV is also direct blowback.

Yes I know. If I’m going to be buying a blowback it might as well be the one I like. I was just hoping that the jakl 9 was a piston system like the other jakl calibers.
we’re still waiting for release of both the jakyl and the ROCK.

Does any one know if the acr stock with the picitany adapter fit flush (top to bottom) with the rail for stocks. How long or how may slots is the rail my best guess when looking pic is 5-7 not sure.

I like that too! However, I have an ACR with the adjustable stock and it’s tough to beat.
