I figured that out quick at my first factory job out of High School. Smoke break = less work.
Unfortunately it took till 2010 to break the habit.
I believe itâs 13 years since I quit. Family, friends and coworkers all smoked back when I started now I donât know anyone that does.
Itâs funny, when I quit cigarette smokersers were pushed outside to the front of so many buildings. It was like a smoke screen going in. Sure tested those urges. Now I canât remember seeing any for some time now.
I do smell the weed out in the parking lots. I smell it constantly out on the MC.
People smoking but not cigs.
BTW. You know: Quitting is easy, I did it plenty of times. Staying quit is not.
it just dawned on me we need an angry emogee so that i can use it when i disagree with the posts.
Yep, I agree. An angry/sad emoji has been needed for a long time.

and a sad face. something with tears..
That way youâll know whenever you make me CryâŚ
exactly. or when yall make me cry too. lol
yeah, just like that..
Our maintenance guys had to replace the cement auger Thursday night, they pulled an all nighter & got it done. Spilled a little cement powder (5 tons or so) but maintenance fixes stuff, WE do the cleanup after. Nothing like a few hours shoveling fine powder in full PPE & N95 Masks to make your Friday seem like a little taste of hell. Didnât take any photos, no one gets there phone near that much loose cement powder, unless they want a new phone.
I have heard the staying quit is not sentiment may times over the years from former smokers. They may have successfully stopped smoking; however they never got past the feeling of wanting a cigarette.
When the tobacco companies were sued many years ago they had to admit under oath that they added chemicals to their product to make them more addictive.
I have to questionâŚ
Who didnât know that already? Seditionist obozo coup supporting terrorists. There is a cure. ![]()
Yep even after a decade + clean, every once in a while feel the urge.
