My JAKL - 300 BLKOUT - SBR - F5 MFG MSS - goodness inside

Finally able to get all the parts together and shoot my 300 Blackout JAKL.

Tested with multiple brands of super and sub ammo. All using a YHM Phantom LT suppressor.

Of the 4 different sub ammo I had one hand only one box had issues, I had two boxes of older Grizzly Cartridge Company 220 GR sub sonic ammo, one brass cased that worked perfectly and one nickel plated that wouldn’t load, the bolt wouldn’t close. The 245 gr tech coated lead Missiori Bullet Company reloads worked perfectly, as did the 220 gr S&B sub rounds. 150 GR supers worked great. It was 10 Deg outside so I didn’t focus shot groups, I was hitting the 25-meter target, but I wasn’t getting good groups. Happy with my JAKL so far. Waiting for warmer weather to test accuracy and other loads.

How’s the brace? I just bought the 13.7” and am wanting the ACR style on it. Just wanted to make sure the $400 for the F5 one was worth it.

Gun looks great! I have an FDE 300BLK JAKL SBR’d and waiting on a stock. I’ve heard nothing but horror stories about F5 so I won’t be buying theirs, even though it looks great. Just not going to chance it.

Just going to wait it out for the PSA stock to drop. The JMac skeleton stock is growing on me, but still want the ACRish stock.

Come on PSA get that stock out

Have not been to the range since the first test fire. Weather and work have kept me away. I do like the F5 stock, I’d wait until they are on sale for $299 before I bought if you are going to get one.

Dude that is sick
