Does anyone know when the Myrtle Beach store is opening? I heard a few months ago that it may be opening in August, but hadn’t heard anything since then. Thanks!
if im not mistaken they may have had a soft opening, then closed udp, and will fully open later in the year when the store is complete… i could be wrong on this. but i seemed to remember something of that nature…
I was in the MB area today, and drove by the MB store site on the way home. Looks like renovations are undergoing, but hard to tell when they will be done.

They first planned to open in Sep. 2020 but then the pandemic hit and things slowed down. They then hoped for late 2021 or early 2022 but again things got delayed and the permits took longer than anticipated. They did start demolishing part of the old building due to low ceilings and they are currently in the construction/remodeling phase. I seriously doubt they will open in August. Best guess it will be late this year. Perhaps October or November in time for the Holiday shopping season

No opening yet, hard or soft 
No date set but they did have a Job fair yesterday. So maybe before Christmas or if not for sure sometime in 2023.
Any updates on this? Would like to stop by the new store over the holidays if they are opening before the end of the year.

No updates yet. Since they just had a hiring event for that location I seriously doubt they will be ready before Black Friday. Maybe sometime before Christmas? But your guess is as good as mine. They have never responded to any of my messages in regards to the opening of this Myrtle Beach Location.

I drove by again last weekend. It’s still not dried in completely but they are making good progress. I have a feeling the museum part is gonna take awhile.

Someone from PSA finally answered my question regarding the opening of the PSA in the Myrtle Beach Area. At this time it will be sometime in the first Quarter of 2023. We will just have to wait and see since they told that same Story in 2021 that it was suppose to be opened either late 2021 or early 2022 and that never happened. I learned that everything moves very slowly here in the Palmetto State. If someone tells you they will come and work on your fence you are lucky to get it done in a year. A doctor appointment takes months to schedule. And it takes almost 2 years before you can file for your homestead credit in the meantime the state collects all sorts of taxes on your property and your cars. If I knew what I know now I would have never ever moved to this state.
I’ve spoken with folks at PSA as well, Early 2023 is probably a good estimate.

Looks like the majority of the outside is in the final stages.still a gaping hole where the main entrance will be with the iron work showing. I think they are still fixing the facilities (electrical and plumbing. Looking through the slot, didn’t see any “finished” areas

Drove by again yesterday. Can’t wait, especially for the Museum. Wonder if Puddin Pop has a spot reserved in the layout plans.

They finally got what looks like the entrance on the side of the building so I guess its next phase “dryed in”
