Is psa gonna supply retro kits with Nodak spud uppers
short answer NO.
long answer… H&R is going to be the Retro Gun leader sister company of PSA, this means that any retro style gun, is going to be produced with H&R lowers. After all, H&R had the military contracts back in the 50’s and 60’s and mabye 70’s? not sure. on that last decade… but it will reassure you that Mike from Nodak is running H&R and that is where all the Nodak stuff went… so be on the look out for H&R to start producing some awesome things soon!!!

Do you know if the price point will change
Mike has stated they will do complete rifles first, and they will be a little higher with the price point due to the QC and authentic detail. He wants them to be done right.

Will there be any H&R revolvers in the works?
I have not heard revolvers mentioned. Maybe in the future, but i think retros and garands are up first.

you can get garands from the CMP. all you have to do is join them. its a bit of a few hurdles to jump to do so, but it is so worth it when you do. I’ve gotten a garand from them in the past and they were much less expensive through them than on say gunbroker or armslist.

Hey thanks for the heads up about Cmp. I didn’t know anything about them, so I’ll do some further reading. Sounds like S.Korea also has 800k m1s. The vast majority of what I have are newer production, but can see the allure of historical items. Thanks again.

no problem. the CMP is awesome once you join up and get your paperwork in there. then you can buy via the web or in person at their stores.
when i got my m1s, they were like 700.00 each… they have different grades too, so prices can vary. they also sell on occasion m1 carbines 1903,s and 1917’s and others like training .22’s and other things… .really is worth the work to get to buy from them.

Any update on the retro ARs?
I saw a video on YouTube the other night that interviewd Josiah and the other honcho from western Pa, not Jamin.
They said the most recent batch of Receivers did not measure up colorwise , so what is already a slow process , just became slower.
I hope JJE and Mike can just buy this outfit and bring the process and QC under roof. This would make sense after the Spud investment.

Will h&r produce lever actions as well?
If they do it wont be anytime soon. Maybe a 5-10 year plan at the earliest.
