Hello, just have a quick question about my order . Longtime lover of PSA and there great sales and even better selection of products! Question is i placed a relatively big order over a week ago and couple of days later i got emails saying it shipped. Grest news, then i got more emails saying my orders (4 different tracking numbers) have encountered a delivery exception? Then it said to contact UPS for more info? So i called ups and they said psa has canceled my order? So then i tried calling them, sent message through the chat and no response. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Whu-Oh. I’m hoping that “Exception” isn’t meaning what I think it’s meaning.
If you know what I mean.

I recently purchased an firearm & I went to check the status it then said it was canceled , my question is instead of a refund because I do love the product, can they ship another firearm same price? ( due to the product no longer being in stock)

Hello I placed an order on Friday the 13th and everything went through and processed but today Monday it showed Decline and after calling was told my order was cancelled by PSA but she can’t tell me a reason. Any idea on why my order may have been cancelled?
Could be your bank declined it, could be the processor, could be you ordered an item they wont ship to your zip code. What did you order?

Hello. First time PSA buyer, I ordered a .308 upper Wednesday and I just checked Friday night to see if it had shipped and it said my order was canceled. I ordered it while it was on sale for a great price. Is there any way to have the order reinstated?
@Anthony_PSA @Josiah_PSA SC local here. I can’t make a new thread yet - so, sorry - but I would like to add another question. For a PSA order to PSA Greenville I have my shipping address as my current (temporary) SC address which differs from my SCDL address and for that reason my FFL would not complete the transaction. The item is at the store. What is the easiest way to deal with this situation? Can PSA amend or cancel/reorder the item on my behalf? It’s hard for me to go to the DMV unfortunately as it is only open during work hours. 12113246552
We have contacted the Greenville store. They are going to send it back to Columbia, and we will get your card refunded.
