AAC is shipped from the warehouse. Non AAC may be drop shipped. Each product description will say whether it is drop shipped or not.
Thatās the problem right there.
Shillattle is the problem @gallenster
Maybe yāall should drain the swamp.
first welcome aboard. weāre glad to have you, especially with such a pleasant first post. secondly, PSA isnt a shill for any commies, or anyone else. Youāre the one who lives behind enemy lines, and isnāt active enough in your area of operation to start changing the laws via voting⦠but i digress⦠PSA is doing all they can do to get products out to those folks they can. sometimes in certain states, it is hard to keep being in compliance because of how the laws are written or how the laws are laid out⦠thus they have to make very difficult decisions on their in at the recommendation of their legal and compliance teams, to stop and desist selling certain or all items to a state that is behind enemy lines. while it is less than ideal considering PSAās well known company goal of spreading 2nd amendment love all over, they have to remain compliant in order to have the ability to still spread everything to all the other states that are out there that are not behind enemy lines still or yet. so⦠the long and short of it is Sorry. Vote and change your states laws, and you wont have that issue anymore.
I know that my memory isnāt what it used to be but isnāt this almost the exact same rant that shows up from time to time? The tone and wording seem to be awfully familiar. Seems almost troll-y
Seattle and 5.7x28 = scary ammo. Iām not familiar with your local laws but I feel you should be.
And yes unfortunately I live in a bad state. It would not be an issue but to many so called conservatives decided to bail rather then stay and help fight off the oppression. O am very active in my area and so far we have kept the anti groups at bay. Unfortunately though we have had so many brainwashed people from California come up and flood into the I5 corridor from Olympia to Bellingham that our voice is barely enough to hold on to the few seats in congress we have. As for PSA though we have reached out numerous times in trying to help them with the issues and corrections to be able to still sell to us but they have rejected all legal documentation and taken on the attitude that ut is easier to just cut us off from sells and wright us off just as you are doing in your post ignoring the issue. Iām not new to this forum, Iāve just decided to stop.being silent and call them out for what it is.
Youāre failing miserably on the ārespectableā guidelines.
This is a tough one honestly. I love just about everything Iāve gotten from psa, and use any one of them almost daily in our new backyard range. I did once, however get an ammo shipment denied out of the blue, after several other ammo orders, with no other explanation other than Annapolis being on PSAās personal āno shipā list. I wasnāt in Annapolis at the time, and not even in the same county. Personal ammo shipments is 100% legal, even within Annapolis city limits. Sorry, not trying to add to the OPās fire, but thereās a smidge of issue with misunderstanding certain items for delivery on PSAās partā¦ā¦ā¦but to be clear I highly doubt PSA are commie shills. Just with the tip toeing thatās got to be done with certain places, sift happens sometimes
sure does seem like the same. Didnāt this guy get booted the last time?
PSAās decision is based on your states laws and how PSA can also protect itself as a business so they can remain in business. Any gun business does the same. If you are upset, that is solely on you.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but this is the first time Iāve had anything negative to say about anything let alone about this company that as of recently has begun to have me make a statement as to questionable issues with regard to their unclear shipping policies. Maybe if you guys didnāt go all fan boy as if Palmetto is perfect and attack the others like myself posting of these issues, then things might could change for the better and push for a better overall policy. For the record I have had numerous good experiances and orders from Palmetto. But for the last 6 months I have now had numerous issues with regards to their shipping of the exact same items. This latest issue just happened to be the icing on the cake as they have adopted some sort of fabricated rule based on who knows what sort of fallacies for the state. When asked what law they based that decision they at first tried to claim that it was changed based on a law that actually has zero to do with ammo. When that was pointed out the reponse was simply that their legal team makes the rules and they were not willing to forward my issue and questions to legal for review.
Sorry but their decision in this has zero to do with any of my state laws. As there are zero laws on the books which restrict the purchase, nor are there any laws that would pertain to them as a company other then what they are already registered in the state to do.
So at first it was an ammo order, and now 6 momths of orders?
Did you see where i mentioned above WA requires ammo/gun dealers to have a license? Something in that may have made their legal dept say ānope, too much riskā. PSA has very good lawyers who help them stay compliant with all the nit picky stuff every left wing state does.
You must be confusing me with someone else as I have never been booted. Why would my statement of questioning a poor policy decision of Palmetto be worth being silenced and booted from the forum? That would only go to prove what I am saying as to their attitude and policies having changed and not for the better. As for others that may have posted something in the past about the company and were booted I have no idea as to who or what they posted. If their posts were similar to mine, this would show that it is either happening more often to others or that more people are getting tired of the random implimentation of flawed policies. Also they should not have been shunned into silence and banned. Their issue depending upon what they were should have been a call to action and forwarded to the appropriate people in the company that could properly address and correct the issue. Whether that issue be a mistake on the companies part, website, or other non disclosed item that could be addressed with clarity on their website.
in the end the problem is not PSA. It is your states voters, and as a result, your states laws. If youād like things to change, you have very little options.
-
- MOVE. perhaps the fastest way to fix your issue. Move to a freedom loving state.
-
- Get involved, or get involved more and lobby to change the laws of your state. This is a very slow and time consuming process, so if you want it changed anytime soon, see #1.
so there you go. PSA is no shill, nd has done nothing wrong. their compliance department seems to be working as itās keeping their butt out of the legal fire. I fail to see the issue here in as far as PSA is concerned. Thank you, for your perspective, but it isnt any of PSAās problem or Fault.
You can agree/disagree all you want with others. But we ask you be respectful of their opinion. Thats not hard to do. The beauty of this place is that at the end of the day we all still get along and no one is booted or silenced. However, if you cross that line then yes, there are consequences for actions.
Nothing to be sorry about, there was no bubble to be burst. I was simply stating an observation. There have been posts before that were eerily similar in tone and wording to yours. I can understand if youāre upset, but placing blame as stated without all the information available isnāt going to help you. Iāve posted about an issue I had but in a more respectful tone. I didnāt scream, yell, cry, insinuate, or insult. And Palmetto went above and beyond what they had to to resolve it. Please at least be respectful, even if you are unhappy. People will be more apt to try and help, or at least explain why. Have a pleasant day.
I never said they were booted for speaking against PSA. The fact is, that person was very insulting and started getting way out of hand with accusations and insults. Like mentioned above, itās your state that is the problem. Do something about it but going to a website and ranting at people that only want to help is not the answer.
But as I stated above in which it seems you all keep glossing over and ignoring is that I have already done the research double checking into the laws of may state with regards to ammo. And it is NOT a state issue but a flawed PSA policy issue. I have made 2 identical orders in the last 3 months and the first went thru with Zero issues with regards to this issue over the order being allowed and now when ordering it again for whatever reason has restrictions with most of the items in that order. Their restriction page lists that no drop shipping is allowed in my state, yet it is not based on any law the state has. I have reached out to them and was blown off just as you guys are doing with zero regards and unwillingness to even appear as though it may be a valid flaw. Those others probably went negative with you guys because you just do not seem to be listening and only seem to be making excuses for PSA. I have yet to drop to that level of conversation from what you claim the others did. You would be just as upset if you felt you had a valid concern and others ignored and blew you off. You guys have won this battle as to silencing another person that had a negative experience and issue with this company as I will no longer be willing to try and have a conversation with such close minded people let alone use this forum again for anything. Have a good day.
