Past the 45 Business Day Repair Window... Please Send Help

Love the forum, have been perusing it for months now but I need some suggestions…

On 10-5-2023, PSA received my new 8.5in 300 Blackout Jakl for repair. (Firearm would not go into battery with magazine inserted) On 11-29-2023 I called PSA to for a repair update. The representative stated that I was still within the 30-45 business day repair window and there was not an update to give but I should call back if I did not receive an email (within that window) stating that my firearm had been repaired.

That brings us to yesterday (12-11-2023) the 45th business day. The representative told me there is not an update but her supervisor will be in contact with me via email when there is an update. I pushed back and asked to speak with her supervisor. She told me that would not be an option but she could email her supervisor and her supervisor would call me back within a few days.

No call yet…Maybe I will get a call tomorrow but I’m not so sure about that. Ultimately I know that I am just whining. I don’t expect anyone to fix my problem but does anyone have suggestions? Has your repair been past the repair window and by how much?

I have not had to send any in for repair, but keep in mind the “window”, whether for shipping, repairs, etc…extends during this time of year as it is the busiest time of year (they have that disclaimer on their website IIRC).

I understand that it’s a busy time and that makes sense. It’s till frustrating with the lack of communication however. Sean has reached out to me. Thanks @AZ_Joe

Happy your getting some traction on the repair process. Best wishes and I hope your blaster is back in hand by Christmas!

No update on case yet. I will call later today. But my can just came in so that’s cool!

(edit) Called PSA. Representative told me that she did not have any status on my rifle. She said she is certain that PSA has possession of it and that I should email the warranty department.

@sean.psa made it happen!
