Is their any timeline on the Pineville location? I know Pineville is fairly notorious for being difficult to work with and it doesn’t look like much has been done at the location. Just curious of the delay.

So I’m not saying who told me, but apparently the reason they are having a hard time acquisition this is due to Hyatt having their hands in the Pineville councils pockets. And we all know that Hyatt has good gunsmiths but they’ve been around for so long they are buddy buddy with a lot of people. I don’t see why people even like them, they are knowledgeable about guns yes but I would never buy a firearm from them due to them having a “dummy tax” (above msrp) on the 6 different firearms I’ve tried to buy in the past. Don’t even want to get into what they scalped my buddy for. Good thing they weren’t able to stop blackstone from opening up down the street from them.
According to public records PSA bought the old Office Depot property in Pineville in 2021 for $5.4 million and sold it for $7.1mil in late Aug 2025. So much for that dream. It’s now owned and being developed into medical offices by ENT SURGICAL PROPERTY LLC.

IIRC the city of Pineville may have been troublesome towards PSA.
