Preliminary injunction granted for all members, no date or geographic restrictions

While all these injunction wins in a row are great news right, one prominent lawyer who is a member of the Supreme Court Bar, says that the list of membership names can now and later be used without the need of a national database. WOW!

A gun group membership list is not even close to a registry. Being a member means you donated money. Thats it.

We all are on some kind of list…

Most likely more than one.

Agreed!.. another reason why i joined GOA.

now that is awesome news… Glad im a member!

thats the worry whe you join anything though, is that the member list can then be publically found and used. its pretty fair to say that a gun group membership list names people that at least have a gun, maybe more… so it is a registry of a sorts… just not with what each person has. But honestly, I figure im on so many lists normally anyways this membership list wont matter that much more anyways.

A person is being Foolish if they believe that any and all of their serialised firearms are NOT on the AFT’s Near-Billion-Firearm digitized list…

I jumped on board as well!

I just received a confirmation email from FPC…

“We’ve been receiving many anxious questions from supporters wanting to make sure they are now FPC members.
That’s why we’re sending you this email as confirmation that you are a current member of the FPC Grassroots Army.
According to the Judge in our pistol brace lawsuit, FPC members are covered by the injunction.
Should you have any questions, please contact our customer support team at [email protected].”

Agreed. and i’d further it by saying a person is being foolish if they believe that they are not on a list for being a possible problematic issue because they have purchased firearms in the past. I am sure that there are multiple digitized lists, at this point, especially if you vote conservative too, theres another list you’re on. If you hunt, theres another list you’re on. if you buy camping supplies, that could be another list you’re on for a possible “survivalist” im sure. and it goes on and on and on.

You make it sound all that’s left is the raid. It might be a good Insurance to have a portrait of 45 that emergency flips over to a portrait of 46.

Anyone that transfers more than one serialized item in a single transaction, like two stripped lowers or the PSA two Dagger frames for $120 deal, is definitely on a list with the ATF. They’re keeping the 3310.4 in some sort of searchable database.

Darn and I just bought 2 PSA MOE P-lowers on sale plus free shipping for 139 ea. And I can tell you the fit, finish and triggers are as good as EPT. The irony is I had to buy them to conform to the brace rule and avoid suspicion of construction.

I don’t know how a 3310.4 works with a FFL transfer but the 4473 doesn’t ask for a quantity
What’s the word on this @SuperPredator

Looked up a 3310.4, I’m confused.

Oh don’t worry about the paperwork. Before you know is every owner will be required to have an observation drone in the home and all guns GPS- Barcoded.

Nope, not that one. This one:

Thank goodness I never owned any of those dreadful things.
