Here’s the problem… if you’re RATTLING a saber you’re not DRAWING it. And announcements like this only telegraph what’s coming and give them time to prepare by destroying records etc.

My Uncle Tom was an MP in Germany in the Cold War, and he taught me that since the Leftists there/then liked to put pregnant women up front as human shields, the correct tool for dealing with them is the Suckerpunch. One good coldcock, one shield removed for taking into custody with no harm to the baby.

I’m an escapee from the northeast zone of madness. In CT the Republicans had a balanced budget, half-billion rainy day fund, and a booming economy. In 1987 the enemy (damnedrats) took control of the legislature. In three months they wiped out the rainy day fund and put the state a half billion in debt. They increased taxes (on business) and companies started closing up and moving out. Revenue went down so they increased taxes even more. More companies closed and moved out, mainly to SC. By 1991 the economy had crashed, and the only new jobs were in a gambling casino at an Indian reservation. A state income tax was implemented so what was left of the retail industry crashed. They also reduced convictions and jail time making crime explode. In response to that they began gun bans and restrictions. They also made self-defence illegal.

At the time, we had a “drat” governor, so he signed any spending bill that came across his desk. The legislature controlled the budget and taxes.

Corrected an error, the CT economy had crashed by 1991.

Thankfully we have a few outposts in the west and southern parts of the state that have told the democRats NO!! 2A sanctuary counties and towns have stood tall against the democRats corruption and crimes.
