Quick question if I buy a Psa ar15 pistol with an 10.5 barrel and it comes from factory with a SBA4 brace does it make it a Short barrel rifle to where I’ll need a tax stamp? Oklahoma.
If it’s a brace, no.
A stock would make it an SBR.
Also, if it came from the factory that way and you did not have to do an NFA application, then it is not defined as an SBR.
It’s a brace. That makes it a pistol. I don’t know Oklahoma law and how they might be restricting gun rights, but in most of the states it’s a pistol… today.
