PSA classic ar lower- trigger not returning back to normal position, it stays in the firing position

Hello guys, I purchased the PSA classic lower. When I test fired it yesterday it had an issue. After pulling the trigger and firing the trigger would not return to its forward position. Any suggestions? Thank you, Dell

Im guessing a spring is in wrong.

if you tap the side of the rifle would that make it reset? Is it like it’s just getting stuck a little? This happened to me on both my ar’s and I’ve heard about it from several people. There is often enough a burr or rough spot on the hammer hook that can cause a trigger to not reset properly. We discussed this in another thread.

Thank you for your help ,I will try to get those close ups. A couple of more questions please. Would this be covered by the warranty if I need to return it? If so would they repair it or replace it. Lastly would you recommend I take a file to the hammer?

Do not file anything. PSA has a lifetime warranty and will fix/replace for free.

That would void the warranty for that issue if you read the paperwork.
