Why must everyone have their own coffee line nowadays?
It must be wildly profitable. If not that, well I can see it being a means of corporate messaging and brand marketing.
In all honesty, it just strikes me as odd any company whose primary business is say manufacturing/selling firearms (or fill in the blank) would all of a sudden decide to dabble in commodity foodstuffs. There must be some really compelling business case to jump into an otherwise completely unrelated and saturated marketplace. Iām just not following.
My own experience with these boutique coffees is somewhat limited. My wife got me a large sampler box of Black Rifle for Christmas year before last. It was okay. I liked the seemingly pro-2A and Veteran owned aspects (the marketing got me) so looked into switching over from my Samās Club staple Dunkinā fresh ground. But WHOA NELLY, THAT PRICE!?!? What a rude awakening.
Considering the ATF is rogue and the Dept of Justice /FBI seems to be on the DNC side, diversification makes sense to me. I know if i was in the gun industry i would. Given that PSA probably sold a lot of BRCC in store, why not switch to your own brand and cut out the middle man?
I want my own coffee brand, or at the very least work with an existing company and add one to their line up. Itās pretty popular in the knife/Bushcraft realm. To have a papa bear knives signature coffee I think would do pretty ok.
Exactly! Thereās a few on my street that donāt care to buy an AR. Not that they are against them but feel like there is no need to buy one. They priorities are not in the right place haha
Which is fine because, they actually have other helpful priorities. Living in rural SC my street has a pretty good set up to stay āprotectedā
