any one here use magpul 27 round mags on there px9. if so how’s the reliability?
so far i use only glock mags, thinking of buying some magpuls to test. cheaper.
any luck with magpuls glock mags?

Love Magpul for ARs, don’t like them at all in 9.

yep all the mags work great if you have a good buffer installed.. i love the gl9 in my Glocks and carbines, i typically use a 15rnd gl9 for my m1x. however the gen2 ets magazines are amazing and enhanced for carbines in mind, also work just as great out a glock. both of these i like more than the glock 33rnd magazine tbh
i think the bcg (psa gen4) and the buffer (enhanced kak for PCC) are the key to them all running so well
As do i, but i also use some KCI (korean) for the high capacity sticks that we used to get back in the day before we had the options of the magpul and ets. havent had an issue with any of them at this time. i use them in any of my 9mm glock firearms that accept them. essentially just rotating them into whatever im shooting that they fit snugly in. thankfully. works well thus far… keeps me from having to stop and load all the time too…

since px9 doesnt have a LRHBO…does it chew up the mags? bolt riding over follower in the long run?

maybe.. my magazines are a little beat up tbh
$6 stick mags tho so never thought about it until now
still functioning perfect with the same ones i started with two years ago
what mags you using that are $6

I have bought so many Glock mags over the years whenever I could find them on sale that I haven’t really had the need to check anything else out. I still have probably 20 of the 33 rnd Glock mags that are still in the package tucked away in one of my storage ammo cans. I probably have 15 more of the 33rnd in rotation along with my all of my 9mm Glock handgun mags. I do make sure that I have always gotten the drop free Glock mags.

I have used all kinds of mags in my glocks and the Korean ones in my Ruger LC 45 and LC 10mm. Think they are 23 and 25 rounds they came with the carbine. Work great but I buy whatever is cheap generally, think they are SGM magazines.
They are 30 round for 10mm actually. 19 dollars is a pretty good deal and they work well never had a failure.

So the Gen4 has been around and proven? If so I am doing that. Thanks Kevin think that is the one going to order it up. The AV is cool but that is hard to pass on , like 150 bucks in magazines.
