It’s rough! But l have access to some clean parts. Project in the ranks…
My son has some part’s
i had once picked up one of these for like 60.00 it was missing its mag tube, but other than that its parts were complete, although the stock was a basket case and the barrel needed some work cosmetically. I ended up staining the stock anew after a thorough cleaning with wood cleaner and then used the rattle can duracoat in blued for the barrel and action and sights. it came out beautifully and i ended up selling it for like 150.00. i already had a marlin 60 that i had a my first rifle back when i was 13, so i didnt think keeping it was a big need. and while it wasnt, looking back i wish id of kept it cause i was proud of the work i did on it. oh well… maybe i’ll find another one day i can rehab. that would be wonderful.
Absolutely my plan brother

They are still available but my son came to day with excellent donor parts! With a good buffer, trigger assembly, action parts…

Very nice!
Great work sir ![]()
man, that is getting to look real good sir… im impressed. very nice!
Thanks again brother. I ordered new 3 ea. C clips, missing one. New buffer because l don’t think the one l installed will last and new recoil spring. The two l have are bent but used the best one. Had one stove pipe when l shot it.
