I reckon I should apply there and get to fixing things… It’s what I do.
I have rugged obsidian .45 and love it! No issue .22,9mm,or .45. I did take your advice and not change the end cap for 9mm
Bought a Huxwerx 22 this morning, PSA told me the ATF efiles system was having issues. They probably got overloaded.
NSSF said the ATF processed 150,000 applications yesterday!
Should have processed 0 and there should have been at least 500,000 sales yesterday.
Didn’t they have to over haul the whole system for new process? I heard it could be down first week of January. But that is hearsay I didn’t see any news etc.
I was looking at the Huxwerx 22 Ti I think it was and they were all gone now of course. I will check mid January or later in the month. Probably be backed up anyway.
That is nice, that is what I was thinking if there was ones that can cover several calibers. I like the idea of 45 suppress I have a Smith 45acp ready to go.
They cleared the back log in anticipation of a surge.
Yeah I read your next message in this thread, 150k impressive!
I have 3 Rugged suppressors and love them. Lifetime warranty and made in SC.
List Price is $3200.
So SBR is shipped to your home if I read correctly? Like suppressor.
I don’t think so. Even if you have the Appropriate Approval from the OverLords, I believe all firearms must ship to your FFL.
I saw that, yet still have questions myself.
This is a couple years old, but I have not heard yet any changes to how the AFT wants things handled, except the tax is now Free Fiddy:
Of course, this was just a few minutes searching, and MAYBE the AFT has changed the rules somehow, or MAYBE this is a disparate enough situation that it’s handled differently; but I’m pretty sure that an sbr/sbs has to move (on the books) via form 3 to a local FFL/SOT as the guy notes above.
All of it is BS, of course.

They make it as clear as concrete. I know the suppressors are shipped but full rifle seemed just out of the ordinary. Of course you get the super background check when getting the stamp. Even if the stamp is free now. Crazy
have you guys been watching AAC’s releases of their suppressors again?
here’s their second release now…
its a re-release but still awesome.
check out the AAC 7.62-SDN-6 's rebirth this January!its your 30 call 1 suppressor fits all! multi cal can that goes anywhere and does everything.
Shipped to home if done through Capital Armory (who PSA uses for online suppressor orders).
