Spear LT at Home: Foxtrot Mike FM-15 300BLK 9"Build

Here it is! It’s a Foxtrot Mike FM-12 9" 300blk upper. It’s a side charging, DI, bufferless system (Poorman’s Sig Spear LT). It sits on a LBT Inc. billet lower receiver with an OP edition Rise Armament drop-in trigger, and Strike Industries dual folding brace (no it doesn’t wobble). As for the optic I went with a Swampfox Kingslayer in green.

Unfortunately I haven’t had time to play with it.

Beautiful piece.

Thanks! I plan on getting a suppressor for it. It’s going to look a lot better then. Just waiting for it to be released for purchase. Should be a fun piece added to the collection.

Nice. Looks great. Glad I’m not the only one that likes to put mini-reflexes without risers on “rifles”.

A small upgrade. I was fortunate enough to find a Griffin Armament Mlok furniture kit since they no longer offer this product for sale on its own. Waiting on a single port brake from Rearden Mfg.

Got the can installed. Now to see how I like that optic. If not I have a Vortex Huey Gen 2 on standby.

The suppressor is the Monarch 7.62 by ForSystems. Pew Science reviewed this shortly after I purchased it. Here is the link if you are interested in what their results were. Spoiler… it did really well!

I like it.

Throwing on a stippled Kung-■■ grip!

That Kung-■■ grip feels pretty nice on a short platform and the stippling really does make a noticeable difference. Might need to wear gloves on longer sessions.

Did you buy the complete upper or install a .300 blackout barrel?

That is a complete FM-15 9” 300blk upper by Foxtrot Mike.
