With the new suppressor lineup are we gonna get a dedicated suppressor section?
I bet @sean.psa could set that up for us.
good question.. i wouldnt doubt it if thats in the plans… at least a dedicated sabre suppressor section since theyre coming out with those already.
I’ll work on creating one now.
can a Mojave 9 shoot 5.7?
i read most 9mm can handle 5.7 and the can says gtg for 300blk..
“The subsonic load does give the supersonic crack of a bullet going over the speed of sound.“
he uses the rock to test fiochhi subsonic rounds supposedly made for this pistol in mind

good article, and this dude made a good video:
Thats a question for the manufacturer. They will list caliber compatibility.
possible it be good for 300blk however not good for 5.7?
i dont want to cause any supersonic explosions
“Caliber Rating: 9mm, 300BLK Subsonic (Full-Auto);
350 Legend, 300BLK Supersonic (Semi-Auto)”

I would email dead air. Usually 5.7 is a used with a rimfire can.
yeah the 5.7 projectile is small like the .223 so using it in the same thing that a 300blk out or 350 legend would sound counterintuitive to me…
My Banish-22 is rated for 5.7 - just don’t have a threaded barrel to try it yet. Plan on getting a Rock to go with my Ruger that will have a threaded barrel.
Yeah, I would certainly not buy a 300blk or 9mm can with the sole intention of using it for 5.7, but it should do okay sound wise. Rimfire cans can be a bit small volume-wise for 5.7.
be sure you read the small print on that rating.. make sure its rated for x lenght of barrel, and what not.. some of the ones that are out there that are rated for 5.7 have some weird stipulations attatched to their approval rating.. like you can use it on a pistol but not a rifle or vice versa..etc etc… etc..
they can yea depending if that was in their initial intent from the get go or not.
For anyone else who comes later, Banish support confirmed the banish 22 supports 5.7 in both pistol and rifle usage.
i’ve bookmarked his page so i can follow up on his posts. theres a lot i’d like to see.
Lyman introducing a budget line of suppressors in the $200-300 range.
I want to see suppressors get cheaper. Race to the bottom.
I also want a race to the bottom. Most of the “new” suppressors that I’m seeing are “6 inch, 3d printed, reduced back-pressure, hub compatible” and around $1K.
It’s kinda similar to how a few years ago everyone was releasing a “compact, polymer framed, striker fired, 9mm, with double stack mags”. Except this time the price isn’t creeping downwards (P365 was like $600, Hellcat followed shortly at around $500, S&W had their version for $400-$500, and then finally Taurus and Turkish brands filled the $350-$200 range).
