Specifically, the Surefire 762 Mini 2:
Can anyone verify through experience how much visible flash signature reduction this suppressor provides?
I am having a hard time finding information regarding this question. Any insight is appreciated!
As some may be wondering, my primary interest in this can is to provide flash signature reduction at the muzzle. Db reduction is not a significant concern.
Most suppressors provide a lot of flash suppression. However, that is not their goal. The goal of a suppressor is sound suppresion.
In regards to the Surefire Socom series of suppressors, flash suppression is one of the main characteristics engineered into the design. This is my primary reason for interest in this particular suppressor.
My main priorities are flash suppression and low weight, flash being highest on the list for obvious reasons. Nerve damage in left shoulder/arm makes heavier suppressors hard to move around efficiently in close quarters type shooting.
