While I did not think this case by no means would be a slam dunk decision in our favor, I will admit that I’m not only troubled, but I’m also at a loss as to how the Supreme Court could pass on this case.
Regardless of where you stand on bumpstocks, the whole premise of this case was the AFT, an enforcement agency, rewriting and reinterpreting law at the direction of the Executive Branch, aka Trump. He did a lot of damage with his nonsense.
All this will do, is embolden not only the AFT with their “reinterpretation” of frames, receivers, and pistol braces/SBRs, but it may very well embolden FJB to start issuing unconstitutional executive orders regulating and banning firearms and accessories. If Trump can do it, then he certainly can…
