Roe V Wade always has been controversial. I do not agree with abortion unless it is because of rape or incest is why the woman is pregnant. I also believe that when a woman makes that choice that is between her and GOD and government should stay out of the picture. Too many are using abortion as birth control or a way get out of taking responsibility for an action that produced a child.
it is mind boggling how it is a fundamental right that is not any where in the constitution or bill of rights, however the 2nd amendment is not a fundamental right that is.

IMO-If its a fundamental right why isnāt it a law or an amendment? What is congress waiting for? Legislate and make it a law. They wonāt do it. They prefer political theater to getting anything done. The bias, on ALL sides, is getting worse in my opinion, in all areas of our lives. Thereās not a single person on this planet that is not biased to some degree.

Our closest relativesā¦the Apes are fiercely biased and are quick to fight and kill others that are not part of their own troop. Even within their own troop there is a hierarchy that is not crossed less you can dominate through force.

As Humans we are expected to recognize these traits and attempt to extinguish them. However millions of years of evolution cannot change this in a few generations. It will take millions more years to for bias and prejudice to extinguishā¦ā¦perhaps we may never be completely free of it.
This is not a good thing. All evidence was pointing towards a somewhat strong gain in 2022. Now this will mobilize their base and theyāll rally around this to get people out. Mid-Terms are traditionally, and obviously, know for lower voter turnout. Letās hope it blows over, or at least fades by November. This thing will also be in court for about a century.
It wont amount to much gain. The minute people have to fill their car tank with $4/gallon gas they will forget about abortion. The economy aint going to get magically better by November.
I think the original poster is comparing apples and land crabs. The right to keep aalnd bear arms is enumerated in the Bill of Rights. The right to murder your unborn child exists in the minds of liberals.
Edit- I misread the first post. I still donāt think there will necessarily be a direct relationship in how the court will rule, but it is encouraging.
