This should be 9-0 BUT don’t underestimate Justice Roberts to swing to the left. IMO-If any lawyers or judges advocate any law against the 2A they should be removed and barred. All gun laws are an infringement.

I have the same concerns. Everyone thinks they’re solid, and I continually wonder why. Because Barrett ruled in favor of one 2A case? Because she grew up with guns? So did FJB, allegedly.
I hope I’m pleasantly surprised.
