I got the #2 kit and it’s been a tack driver. I mounted a Primary Arms Classic Series 1-4x24mm and Primary Arms Deluxe 30mm Scope Mount for M1913. Nothing fancy but its solid. I couldn’t be happier with it for my hard earned money. It’s not finished being modified yet but it’s almost there.

I’d vote #2…for reasons already mentioned. Or #3 if you like the more streamlined handguard. Can’t go wrong…all fine choices!
Oh, the other thing is carbine vs mid length…may not be a big factor.
