It will. I dont use the pic rail side but instead use the side with take down pins.

Are you wanting to remove the barrel from the upper?
If I still have feed issues after replacing the buffer then I might remove the barrel to profile an improved feed cone. Besides, it’s a tool and it’s on sale 
Reaction rad may be needed.
Reaction rod’s for 5.56 and similar barrels will not work with a 9mm due to a lack of barrel extension and lugs on a 9mm barrel.

I like the ones from NCstar, I have both the small & large frame upper blocks, the lower holds both. If you think you may want to change muzzle devices, especially if rockset is used, get a reaction rod.

The Wheeler vise adapter fits great. Haven’t tried to remove the barrel but if I ever do now I have the right tool. Anyone know of a magazine well adapter for working on the lower?
I drew up a vice block to fit the magazine well including snapping in like the normal magazine. I 3d printed in C/F nylon and seems pretty strong if anyone wants the Stl file to print their own just ask.

Thanks for posting this one. I have a few blowback uppers and that looks like it should work pretty good. I have the clamshell style holder but it doesn’t fit some of my billet uppers. I read that it may not fit my side chargers but I won’t know for sure until I try it. Might just need a little milled off to clear the charging handle. Should be here in a couple days.
