Robinson Armament dropped the ball, IMO, on the M-96 Expeditionary Rifle (Stoner 63). It was a limited run with a high cost and poor support (parts, etc). When they “found” a crate or two of parts back in 2020 they did a very limited run and still charged an arm and a leg for them.
Maybe the rifle did cost a lot more to produce? I don’t know. But what a gem of a rifle for PSA to add to its stable if they could acquire the rights/plans to produce it. By all accounts, and a small number of YouTube videos, it’s a sweet shooter.
How many of you would be interested if PSA could make this happen?

I would be interested.
It wouldn’t be financially viable. Too much cost involved, not enough guaranteed sales. And they’d still be very expensive to purchase.
i have no idea what the stoner m96 is… but its another rifle, and historic, so i say do it under the battlefield line that the stg is going on under, or do it under H&R either would work.
thanks for the video… after seeing that i must say yes thank you, lets have pSA make on on their battlefield line!!

Another video about the Robinson Armament version…
That would not be nearly as fun with only a semi auto configuration. ![]()
i would totally be down to invest in this and give PSA all the cad work ive done over the years in order to expedite the project
