Given everything we know so far, many of us believe Its weaponized overreach and abuse of the 2nd Amendment.
But now its being reported that even left wing anti war activist are being arrested and charged for exercising the 1st amendment rights. Have we seen this before? Only this time there is no place to escape the comming persecution.

youre 100% correct. at times it may be hard for folks to be happy for others, but you should be. I know i’ve jokingly said about folks who have a lot of money or toys or whatever “must be nice!!!” as it must be, since i dont know, and wouldnt as i am not as well off, however, that said I do truly, truly, try to be happy for folks who are doing well, or are well off, or are making it themselves, its great to see someone accomplish things like that, especially if they are family or friends.
personally im very proud of the meager things i have and the money / items that i have, as i’ve worked very hard for them in my life. If someone else has worked harder, or had better luck, or was smarter and made more money good for them!!!
I think the key is that we should try to be content witg what we have. Its a struggle for me especially when it comes to bang-bangs. Food is another weakness for me. But with Christ help Im managing it better every day. Age past 60 helps you put possessions into perspective as you body complains about eating too much and gun weight lol

He put his kods in this position. He still has donations coming in, he still gets paid from the family business that hes part of. Him having his ffl is whats dumb and he still did it.
He had approval from the ATF before he started selling them.
We’d all like to think we would have handled this whole thing differently from the beginning. But even if our armchair hindsight seems to put it all into perfect perspective of lessons learned, what going to be the next lesson? Is there a future prison cell for me because I said a prayer or criticized a policy, because that is also already happening as well. God forbid, but I think Matt Hoover is just the first of many casualties of those willing to exercise their constitutional rights.

Good point. Any approval would have been written to be legit. The CRS dude would have plastered that approval all over the place during this fiasco.
Technically, he didn’t “sell” any of them. He told his viewers about a novelty item, and promoted links to the website. Oh - and gave away four of them as “prizes”.
And thats how you get in trouble.
