In this video here it was said 7.62x39 was set to release in June has that been pushed back?
I’ve been asking the same question for 5.45x39. I hope you get the answer haha
“When it Gets There!”
Upsetting steel accurately isn’t like Brass.
Has anybody seen the 9x39 in action ?
I nice fat heavy bullet.
" The 9x39 is a dedicated subsonic cartridge for use in specialized suppressed weapon systems. "
Would like to see how that performs at 300 yards, not sub-sonic.
I’ve seen it in videos but never in person. Never even seen a gun for sale chambered in it unfortunately (hint hint @PSA)
It takes time, if it was so easy you should make it in your basement hahaha…
AAC is working on it. The primer plant is finished on the outside and being set up on the inside. Most of the ammo debuted at SHOT is out (except the dagger duty 9mm). I cant give you a hard date because lots of things are in play to get the steel case line operational.
How is Dagger Duty different than the AAC JHP9mm? Just curious
I dont have the specifics. Could be a +p.
Wasn’t sure if it was a different bullet, velocity or the Sabre coating…
Thanks for the answer! The amount of calibers AAC has released in the last couple of months has been impressive to say the least as they’ve had a great impact on restoring the ammo prices back to normal.
When can we expect the steel case 7.62 to start hitting shelves? We are dying to shoot our AKs🙏🏻
It should be soon. Major testing was happening last week with mutiple lots of production.
They are testing it now. No ETA but it’s coming!
I have premature addtocartification when y’all bump this topic ![]()

I’m like a crackhead I check the 7.62 ammo page twice a day for 7.62 ammo.
Thankfully I got a micro dagger and a Krink so I can stop watching those pages now.
Same
Y’ALL GOT ANY OF THAT 7.62x39 STEEL CASE, JOE ROGAN!
