My new AKV received a month ago is getting some frequent flyer miles as they want me to send it back a second time to replace 2 pieces of wood furniture due to discoloration. My point being when I purchased it I never viewed anyone with a 2 color pistol grip and white scraping on the fore grip in at least 20 videos . I sent 4 emails 3 with pictures and a note in the box with description of the issues that should be obvious to the initial inspector and the second inspection, nope ! I got my note crumbled up like a big F you and an email telling me how to operate the bolt lock back button which was frozen when I received the akv. So I ordered a separate furniture kit that was defective, the trigger grip was drilled out with too big of a hole for the AKV bolt . I’m retired military been in plenty of combat and extracted my share of AK’s from competitors whom are no longer with us so I do know how they work. I I’m now searching an alternative market to buy some replacement furniture and am done with PSA incompetence .
ok, im a bit confused here… did you want PSA to take a look at this rifle again? or were you asking for alternate places to buy wood furniture from?
