I know that the X57 is going to be awhile before it’s available, but I (and I suspect many others) would really appreciate it if PSA would start selling the X57 mags for use in the Rock. I’d buy a few, probably 10 to 20 depending on price, well before the X57 arrives.

well they might not cause of it not being finalized to be what is going to be the mag for it, but either way i’d love 40 round mags for the rock so im all about it being sold early instead of being released with the X57
5.7x28mm is a straightwall case, designed to stack flat.
I think that a dual feed stick mag is the right answer for the X57, and would prove helpful down the line if a full auto X57 is ever made.
It also addresses the main criticism from consumers- the grip angle. People want it to look more like an MP7.
Well, the PSA rock magazine is already dual feed.

um yeah. its gonna use rock mags they’ve said, and they’re making extended 40 round mags for the x57. I wish they’d make extended 50 round mags instead of the 40, cause that way it would accept a full box of 5.7x28… but im OCD like that.
it’s going to take 23 round magazines you can buy them in bulk now… lol… i really like the 23 rounds of vmax flush, very nice

i still say they missed the boat not making them 50 rounders, so one box of ammo fit neatly into one full magazine… but what do i know. either way i’ll be adding some to my stocks.
If I had to guess I reckon there was an issue with spring pressure requirements to get it to run reliably.
possibly IF they looked at it.. i somehow doubt they even did…
40rds is the most economical to make/sell/buy. Win for everyone. Same reason rifle is sold in 20s instead of 30s.
