2022 Running/Walking ongoing thread

My concrete escapades Sunday are manifested, but I managed to stay on plan last night and did my 30 mins and 30 push-ups. Still don’t feel like I’m ready to push farther yet, arms were in full jello mode and my heartbeat was probably audible in the next room. I’ll say this much, though, I am waking up earlier and easier consistently, and feeling more rested. Dunno how much is change in diet versus exercise, but I like it.

Ohh you’re in trouble when the soreness doesn’t kick in for 2-3 days. Don’t want to push it, and just maintaining seems plenty good enough. Might want to rest (upper body or wherever you’re really sore) and recover if today wasn’t already that day–but you better be back at it tomorrow or Thursday at the latest

The soreness is all my back. Arms get tired but never sore. Ill hold off on trying to push farther for this week but should be fine maintaining 30 and 30. I figure as much as I lift during work hours, my arms are probably already used to rapid recovery. Hardwood gets really heavy really quick, but schlepping it for 22 years has no doubt done something for me.

2.5/9.8

5/81

Good way to start February since I have some catching up to do. The goal is 3 miles a day, I’m 15 miles behind that pace.

2.5 / 120 / 150

Stepped my cardio down half a tick intensity, but kept time same. Barely managed the 30 push-ups this time. Think the busy week has been extra draining. Still sleeping better, though, so net gain in my book.

Keep it up, dudes.

Another 5 for me. 86 total

Another 5/91

Catching up. Should be at 102 today to make 1000 miles for the year.

Cold, rainy, crappy. Rest day.

5/96

Only 9 miles behind. Since I’ve been pushing it this week I’m going to go easy tomorrow. I will get my 3 miles done and probably take Sunday off.

Still raining, soppy mess on my hiking trail. This will be an inside weight day.

Rain started here this morning at 630. Thankfully I ran at the gym.

2.0 / 11.8

It stopped here at 11:30 so I went outside anyway. 2.5 / 120 / 150.

I’ve lost so much weight I’m down to a “B” cup.

3.5/99.5. Too windy and my earbuds died.

I just broke 1000 miles on my 2015 Sportsman 570

About 3/4 of that is plowing snow. While not the same as running or walking, that’s a lot of plowing snow

2.6 / 14.4
Slow but sure. Felt pretty good this past week

2.5 / 120 / 150
Getting a little easier. If it goes that way the rest of the week I’ll have to extend it.
