maybe you should crank out some cheap m4 uppers with no bolt or charging handles. With this new rule coming on braces id buy 4 of them just in case i have to switch my pistols to rifles. Id be im not the only one thats thought of this. Seems all you have are mid length and carbine length with bolts.
they may be doing that already but all of them may be going to full rifle production instead of to sales for parts… i dont know that is the case, but it could be. Or maybe they’re just not in the cycle right now… who knows. They produce so much i wouldnt know where to start asking about that…

That, along with the EPA case, are now case law. It should do this in very quickly.
The ATF should not be creating any laws, especially ones pertaining to firearms. Neither should the stupid EPA for that matter.

That means if you want to own a GAU-8/A then that’s your business, and the federal government, and their 3 letter agencies need to butt out.
How cheap is cheap? I thought I saw uppers w/o bolt/CH a couple weeks ago for like 200. BCA has 16"s for 225 right now, but you may end up with a non-functional prop upper, which would not be the worst thing if you have a cop in your house one day…

what i dont understand is there appears to be so many of us who all agree that the ATF is making law/bad rulings/whatever against the 2nd, how come we’ve allowed them to stand this long, how come we do not stand up to these guys and get rid of them already? I just dont get it.

That tipping point seems to be occurring as we speak. The courts to a degree, Some States fighting back, And more and more everyday people are now getting “entrapped” by the new over reach. The more we push the illegality the better.
FWIW my BCA 22LR and BCA 556 uppers run great on my PSA lowers.
The 22 upper is even more fun when I put it on the franklin lower with binary.
It will hiccup at times but I abuse it a bit
If you just swap out your parts and put in a piston system. You are all good!!! Then you hsve parts for a new build!! There ya go!!! You are welcome
