With ATF 2021R-08 coming (regarding pistol braces) will that make AK-Vs and AR-Vs into short barrel rifles?
If it doesnt have a brace then its a firearm. I expect several lawsuits, eapecially since the EPA got shut down a few weeks ago.
Thanks GuitarGuy, and I probably should have thought of that before asking. I’ve been wanting an AK-V, and it would be easy enough to take a brace off after it arrives (or get one without)
I cant advocate that ignorance is bliss, but i personally dont see how the FAT can enforce it, especially if you shoot on private property and not at a public range.
sometimes y ou just have to decide to use civil disobedience as a weapon. it sucks that honest law abiding citizens are being turned into criminals because of these stupid atf rulings. if im gonna get hooked up cause i have a pistol brace on my pistl as i was instructed and as it was Legal when i bought it, then whats the difference for me putting a regular stock on it, im going to go get hooked up either way so i may as well enjoy it while i can.
i will just put milspec buttstocks on 
you can only bend over so far… so this will make it easier than sky scraper risers.
