What kind of accuracy are y’all getting with the AK-P?
What ammo does it like to eat?
So far I have had sketchy results.
9mm blazer works best. Define what accurate is with 9mm. I don’t expect it to have a super tight group because it’s a pistol caliber and also an AK platform.
Hey Mrfister,
I appreciate you trying to help, but the AK-P is in 7.62x39.
Sorry read that too quick, I expected minute of man at 200 and it’d doing a little better than that. Haven’t really shot to see exactly how it tightly groups. It runs great with red army standard.
Hey MrFister,
I haven’t tried Red Army, but I have used Barnaul 123gr.fmj, ———Barnaul 125gr.sp, ————-Wolf 122gr.fmj (Tula head stamp),———. Wolf 123gr. Hp.(Wolf head stamp). All shot at 100yds.
The groups were all between 4-6 inches, with the exception of Barnaul 125gr.sp grouped 3 1/2 “. All groups were only 3 shot groups.
Thanks again for your input.

Saw on YouTube where a guy was using 123gr Wolf steel case hollow point shot 2 moa at 25 yards
2.8 at 50 yards
Wolf steel fmj’s ran good as well but the hollow points shot very very good groups.
On the fence about purchasing either a GF3 rifle and AKP pistol. Seems like from others reporting on YouTube that on the pistol you are loosing 200 velocity out of 2000 and getting better accuracy out of the pistol vs rifle.
Out of all the ammo I have tried out of the AKP, the Norma has produced the best accuracy by far.
Most of the ammo struggled to print a 3” group at 100yds.
With the Norma Tact. I was able to get 1-1/2 group at 100yds.
I haven’t feed it anything else since then.
