I want to replace the pin and welded booster ok my AK 104 with another device (that meets the length requirements), will this void my warranty? Is there an option to have PSA do the work?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a service like this. In regards to the warranty, yes and no. If you modify the muzzle, any damages caused by or because of the modification wont be covered. But issues that aren’t related, like triggers, furniture, bolt or carrier etc will still be covered.
