Having an issue with my new Ak47 gf3. After only around 5 rounds it is piercing primers and causing the firing pin to get stuck inside the bolt. I’m assuming pieces of primer are getting lodged inside of the channel. Anyway, I changed the front hand guard and want to make sure I don’t get screwed out of my warranty. And no, I don’t have the original to stick back on.
Did you lube it?
Yeah I did. Have a few other ak47 some with several thousand rounds and never had this issue before.
Just making sure I somehow didn’t void my warranty by changing the hand guard. Want to make sure they don’t tell me that is modifying it somehow
They might, but that is CS’s call. They are not on these forums, and you will need to call/email them.
I was able to get the original one back thankfully , so there should be no issues now. Thanks for the help. I’ll send it in for repair
