Same. Sometimes when I tell some healthcare worker my dose, they look at me and ask, “Why?” lol.

I had lung clots. There’s much better ways to spend a Saturday, in my opinion.
I cut myself bad skinning a deer with a bowie knife in the late 90s even when in the perfect position standing on concrete with the animal fully hoisted. I did not learn how to respect and properly handle a quality razor-sharp knife until I went to Chef school. For hours, we practiced how to properly hold, handle, and apply cutting and slicing moves without getting cut using a razor sharp 8" Japanese hammer forged knives. Never cut myself since. Dont get in a knife fight with a chef!
