Because OKC is issued to troops and if it’s good enough for the government to spend my tax dollars on it, then by golly it’s good enough for me to spend my own money on it.
On a serious note, I only own one OKC bayonet. But I’ve already spotted a cool knife on PSA made by OKC. I might consider grabbing it.

It’s not much, but it looks like a big ol sturdy knife for a good price that can take a beating without being worried about an expensive knife.

I have several rat 1 and rat 2s. The rat1 is, in my experience of probably 10 years, one of the finest edc knives out there. Both are very well made, absolutely no travel in the blade, comes from the factory super sharp and, as mentioned, won’t break the bank. The rat2 is a little small for my hands but I do sometimes carry it depending on what I’m wearing. Thankfully, I have no use for a combat knife. I’ll leave that to my Kimber 1911.

Ok, you convinced me. I dropped one in with an AAC order. I’ll let you know how it goes.
I already have an OKC M7 Bayonet (if you got an MSR with a Lug, you should probably have something Stabby to Affix to it!), so I know the Quality should be there. We’ll just have to see how much the RAT2 “fits” me.

I already have an M7 - and more “fighting knives” and other junkaphenalia than I need (including non-metallics and notknives).
Not that I didn’t WANT another…. But The Wife gave me the stinkeye over the RAT…

I should get a extendable baton., I looked way back when but didn’t buy a couple.

Mine are Czech, IIRC. I’ve got a 17” and a 23”, (mem’ry). Watch local laws, some states it falls under “Bludgeon - Instrument of Crime”. Unless it’s in the supersafe secret-squirrel hands of your local Gendarmerie…
They certainly make a satisfying “swish-THWACK!!!” on a Training Dummy…

RAT 7 , in D2 steel. Green Spec-Ops sheat with the knie bought “Used”, no finish wear and factoy grind on cutting edge, still sharp.
RAT 3, in D2 steel. Again used, shaving sharp.
RAT folder Model 1, bought new.

Never owned one. I have heard some good things about their machetes.

Just been a Benchmade guy for years myself.
I still EDC the first one I ever bought.
I made the rookie mistake with the SP-6. “If you drop a good knife, don’t try to catch it.” I know better.
