AR-10 lower question

I bought the AR-10 lower that was for .308 but I changed my mind and want to do 6.5 creedmor… can I use the same lower? It says multi. Thanks

Yes, you can do 6.5 Creedmoor on the same lower. You need to get an upper from PSA to ensure proper fit…either already built or a stripped upper. PSA uses a proprietary height for their ar10 pattern, but it is closest to dpms low if you build your own and have to select a rail to use.

Yes, you can do either ( and soon enough :grinning: both ) calibers.

Recently purchased a psa-10 stripped lower. I’m in the process of finding a lower and have come across some troubling info. I have already purchased a lower kit and stock combo for ar 10. From another company. And I wanted to use a bear creek arsenal upper. However I’m worried it will not work. Are the lower parts and upper specific to this lower and only psa products will work ? Thanks

There is no standard with ar10 like an ar15. It is highly recommended to get an upper and lower from the same manufacturer for optimal fit and to make sure it fires properly.
