Battle Belt - Tactical Belt - Duty Belt

i’m sorry to hear that about the throat and chest. just spend your time wisely healing up and good glad to hear you not handing yourself over now after all you’ve been through!!! you deserve to be here more than anyone i know through just sheer will power!!!

When you first posted this poem i did spend some time reflecting on it… and i concur with what it means and stands for… it was a good post and something i enjoyed the deep thought upon it.

No problem, this old knuckle dragging caveman is occasionally capable of some deeper thought provoking posts. Just don’t expect me to start waxing poetic all of the time. I burn up too many of my limited brain cells trying to sound intellectual.

cool… im so zoned out tonight i dont think i could ever sound intellectual. lol

Back

Front and sides. Now how to load it out.

@Rufus that thing looks like it’s going to be heavy. I looked at similar setups but I don’t think my body could do it anymore :grin:

Here is what I decided to go with for now.

You can’t fit a lot on a size small belt but I think this is really all I actually want.

Waiting on my fixed blade to come in to replace the Adamas.

I haven’t weighed with it on but I’m guessing no more than 8 pounds as is.

76 rounds of 9mm w/pistol
91 rounds of 556 w/rifle
Knife
Flashlight

No, no, no. You must use all the MOLLE. Add like 4 flashlights. :slight_smile:

That’s too many flashlights, you need to leave room for a cup holder.

Personally, I would dump 2 pistol mags for one more rifle mag.

Rifles end fights, pistols just slow them down.

All depends on your what IF line of reasoning.

Room for IFAK? :face_with_head_bandage: C.A.T. ? :cat2:

I have another rifle mag that I can swap out or add.
This is just my current around the house set up :cowboy_hat_face:

@AZ_Joe

I bought a catch all pouch that could replace the knife and light area, and use it for a Ifak.

The one I ordered is bigger than I expected and want one that is more vertical, space wise :grin:

@TheAirHawk

Plates? No way I could handle it. Soft panels? Maybe?

I would definitely add suspenders. My Grab and go Battle Harness is a Holster/Shoulder Rig. 7" 357sig Frankenglock red dot, light/laser. Holster carries an extra mag and 2 30 rnd reloads to balance things out. Lehigh XP’s going about 2,000fps give or take.
I also have an 18"x10"x4" grab bag with my Sub 2000, a red dot and a pistol scope on QD mounts and my Dagger red dot, laser in a shoulder holster with extra mag in holster and 2-27rnd reloads to augment my EDC Max9

I have several grab and go bags for various threat levels. My HD guns all have 2 reloads on board when I grab the gun. If leaving the comfort of my home I have 3 bags set up for a long gun and a pistol.
My small bag is my Sub2000 and PSA Dagger both with optics and a few hundred rounds in mags. Sling and shoulder holster in the bag with them.
My medium bag is my Tactical Tennis Racket case. Bullpup 12ga or a broken down AR and my 357sig again with sling, shoulder rig and ammo. My heavy drag bag has my 300EBR with a few hundred rounds in modified BAR mags.
My vehicles all have readily available First Aid Kits with blowout kits etc. I’m getting too old to be humping crap too far so probably won’t survive if overrun anyway.

It’s a work in progress. I still need a holster, IFAK, the 4 flashlights, and probably some other stuff. I’m swapping out the double-stack rifle pouches for 2 single-triples, which will be under the tree. I can’t say there will be six mags in them; I may stay with 4 and use 2 for a radio and tools.

Vest
Belt
Holster Mount
Knife
Mag pouches-LAPG+my weird DIY shock cord mods
Dump Pouch
3L Bladder
Zip Ties (UV resistant)
Paint Can Key
Electrical Tape
Gloves
Blood Type Patches

I have maps that need to be laminated so I can add those.
I made the hanger, because they were running $25 and up at the time. Now they’re like 2/$20. I think mine cost $5.

This just seems fitting :rofl::rofl:

The Tacticon tactical belt has a quick release mechanism and can hold up to 100 pounds of gear, including magazines and weapons. Since the tactical belt is created in the USA, I’m sure it satisfies the high requirements for tactical application.
This low-cost fighting belt is designed to withstand extensive use. The fabric has a metal buckle clasp and is composed of 1000D PVC nylon, a high denier count material. The metal cobra buckle is my favorite because it is difficult to break easily.

Welcome to the forums @SamHoward :grin:

Hm. I could put a hammer hanger on my belt. I have some brand-new Estwing stuff I could hang from it.
