Got the machine marked slide RMA label today. Still working on getting an answer on the deep scratch. I appreciate your help my man.

I haven’t had any issues with PSA but I have with other companies. If all else fails - and as a last resort - dispute the charge and keep records of all emails or other documentation back and forth to back up your dispute if it comes to that (I do all my purchases with credit cards - much better than debit cards, but it comes with the potential for big brother tracking you).
If you dispute the charge you will get fired as a customer. That is horrible advise and part of the reason so much fraud happens in the gun industry.
I didn’t chargeback anything. They made it right, as far as I know anyways. My slide is at PSA for exchange. It got there Thursday night. I got a blem credit for the complete dagger and it brought the 399.99 Grey AR that’s on sale to 380 something after shipping. Can’t complain.

They exchanged my ECC slide and sent me one with worse machining marks then the first one. It’s fine at this point, I have given all the way up.

Just want everyone to know, with the help of GamecockOperator I was able to get in touch with Josiah who then sent me 2 free complete slides that he inspected and there were no machining marks or scratches, and he allowed me to keep the other ones. I’m very happy with the resolution and wanted to thank everyone involved in helping this get resolved.

Happy with how this was all handled and the dagger build is now complete besides new trigger shoe.

Or if they don’t want to waste resources with making it a full time gig, hire some part time weekend workers for CS on the forums, since CS is closed on weekends. Just a thought. I’d take that weekend gig.
The reason there isnt a CS presence here is that it would become the dominant place for people to go on long rants and complain. There are times where there are things we can do and help out with, but the CS needs to be driven by calling rather than the forum.
To be fair, this really should be the main place to complain about PSA products. But I get that would tie up site traffic and be a PITA for people just trying to use the forums, just seems like it’s another avenue for great CS…all I’m sayin.
