Can you fit a JAKL-9 to a standard AR-15 lower and use endomags?

If a complete Jakl 9 upper and the buffer conversion is purchased, why would someone not be able to use a standard lower with endo or exo mags?

AI is wrong. The jakl 9 uses the propriety AR-V receiver set. There is no adaptor that is available.
