Checkout Issues on PSA website?

Hello all, I’ve placed many orders from my desktop pc, running windows and using chrome and ad block plus over the past few years. Never once had any issues at all. I’m currently trying to checkout and purchase a couple new BCG, and when I get to the checkout section I keep getting a message stating: “AD BLOCKER DETECTED
Using certain ad blockers will conflict with our fraud detection that we require on checkout. Please disable your ad blocker to complete your checkout process. When you’ve disabled your ad blocker, try again. If you need help there is a link below.” It displays to clickable options: “Show me how” and “Try again”. I’ve gone ahead and whitelisted PSA, and turned off ABP completely on PSA site, I also allowed ads and pop-ups for PSA on Google Chrome settings. I’m not sure what else to do here? Anyone else having this issue? If so, and you figured it out, PLEASE share with me and everyone else. Thanks for the help and info people :unamused:

Use your cell phone. I had issues with Firefox, switched to my phone and never had another issue.

Yeah I guess I’ll have to try that, I’m just wondering if its something on PSA website, or did something happen and change on my end?

More than likely your browser updated. In an effort to stay ahead of viruses they have become beasts to deal with. Additional items, such as pop up blockers, don’t always work and just add to the mess.

Another good idea is to try and clear your browser history and cache, close out the browser and try it again.

History, cache and any cookies with “palmetto” in the name.

Clearing everything out seemed to do the trick! Thanks for the help everyone, I surely appreciate y’all

Hey @Joshlovesguns i have tried all your troubleshooting tips and I still cannot place my order. I even called PSA and they said they will reach out and never did. Would you be able to assist?

@Dockimbo Josh is no longer with PSA. Perhaps @Anthony_PSA can help.

I’m in a similar situation as I keep getting a message saying something payment rejected by processor. Been ordering from PSA for nearly 5 years and never had this problem. @Anthony_PSA can you please help?

I have been getting an error as well, “Payment authorization rejection from the processor.” It’s been happening for over a week. I’ve tried multiple internet browsers, tried checking out as a guest, etc. My bank says they’re not seeing the transaction requests at all. I talked to two different people on the phone; they could do nothing. In a search on these forums this identical issue seemed to happen to several people every month last year. Is there a way to tell why it is happening or are we just SOL?

@Anthony_PSA may be able to help.

I am running into this issue as well. I recently placed an order last Tuesday with no issues but this week, no matter which browser or browser settings I use, both on my phone and desktop, I run into this issue. I have also tried to clear all cookies and settings/cache to no avail. Would love any suggestions or ideas. Thanks.

@Anthony_PSA - I have placed several orders this year, but now encountering this error as well. Customer Service could not help. Please advise. Thank you

Welcome to the forums @jaltiveros

Clear your cookies and try google chrome as the browser.

It looks like it was an issue with the FFL I selected, although that’s the FFL I’ve always used for prior PSA purchases… I selected another FFL and the purchase went through

Your FFL’s liceanse may be expired.

If I were you buddy, I’d give my old faithful FFL a call or stop on in. See if maybe they have had some sorts issues with the ATF and all the new BS Critical Clerical errors or maybe they are currently being delayed in the FFL renewal process, or who knows what else may have happened? Could be as easy as a computer glitch or error. Best course of action is to speak with them and make sure all is well on their end for receiving FFL items.

OR, they need to send a copy of their updated FFL to PSA… it’s not like PSA has access to their license renewals any more than they do to PSA’s.
