But seriously, I canât believe it. They may be telling us that they wonât use mcc codes, but what they mean when they say things like that is that they they will keep using mcc codes while they deny that they are using them. If left to their own devices theyâll silently do it behind everyoneâs back because selling peoplesâ personal data is a profit center for them. MC/Visa are no different from FaceBook when it comes to accumulating and marketing user data.
edit: MC and Visa arenât doing us any favors. According to VISA the only reason theyâre holding off is because they fear privacy legislation will stop them. They certainly have not had a change of heart, theyâre just concerned about spending money to roll out the new reporting service, only to have legislation force them to abandon their new project and lose their investment. MC and Visa are not our friends.

To the political cockroaches that voted against it what is âdisinformationâ what is that definition that all of Congress can agree on? Is information against their agenda disinformation? Is information against the other side of the political cockroaches disinformation?

Neither side wants to use any type of resolve either. If the American Government was to actually get down to it they would have to answer for it. The Government is not interested in being held to account (see the Afghanistan withdrawl and other numerous examples). The Mexican Cartels donât want to be on the other end of that resolve either. I think theyâre bed mates.
How long did it take our Government to even recognize organize crime existed in the country? Oh yeah, it took decades and what was their response? Go after bootleggers scratching out a living in the hills. Whatevs. Both sides are full of themselves.

You are absolutely correct neither side in any of our daily lives want it to end. Republican, democrat, gay, straight, black or white. The pot just keeps getting stirred by all sides. If not how many people would be out of a job?
