Sounds like the entire agriculture industry. For real…ever wonder where 75% pf beans and corn go? Ever wonder who owns alot of the sites shipping this stuff out? Wont have to look too hard
437,500 gallons of Methanol.
Which is quite Toxic to humans.
The US has degenerated to the point where it is unable to perform the most simple acts of the industrial age.
Time to go back to River-Powered Lathes and Firewood.

Can we just invest a little into our modes of transportation….
Just a little….
In non-conspiracy theory related news, the NRA is offering free membership to active duty military. Although I’ve had a fairly bad view of the NRA for the past several years, I fully support this gift.
We need more support for our active duty, retired and veterans as the FJB clown show continues to try and defund, diminish, and demolish us.

Part of the situation is, Access to Data.
Obviously we are reading a lot more about these incidents recently.
But part of that is related to news access via the Internet.
Which organizations do a conscientious job of collecting data about transport accidents related to shipping, not car accidents ?
I would want to see data going back a hundred+ years.
On a different note … the Methylamine Heist episode of Breaking Bad is pretty classic. Biggest train robbery in the fictional world.
I don’t mean to dismiss the value of a free NRA membership for those who serve. They deserve recognition.
Personally, I haven’t found any value in NRA membership since 1986. Other than reading The Armed Citizen page in the magazine once in a while, I find no value in having paid for a NRA life membership decades ago and I wish I could have gotten a refund when the NRA betrayed the 2A in 1986.
As I said, the NRA has left a bad taste with me too. But with the 2nd amendment being under attack from assorted bad actors we need all the friends we can get. Any efforts along those lines will still get my approval and support.
Which I agree, I’d like to see how much of a problem it’s been in previous years. Not just last year or the year before. It’s an average of what 1500 train derailments a year? Something like that.
However, having access to this information immediately is shining light on how much we really should invest in and how much we obviously aren’t
Ive heard so much, mixed feelings on nra.
This proves it is about control not safety.
Why is it that my post quoting the article linked by @mr.jeffdh has been held back from publication while waiting for moderator approval? Is “Karine Kean-Pierre” a prohibited word? ![]()
From the article:
It had a watched word and needed mod approval.
What’s the watch word that I need to know about? I want to avoid anything that’s going to lead to hold-backs.
was it “t-r-a-n-s-g-e-n-d-e-r” ?
