i cant believe the prices of eggs now a days.
everything is going up, and eggs are just incredibally high, im so hoping that things will come down soonā¦ no telling though.
We have been doing the ābuy localā option for a good while. Most of the local egg producers here are selling eggs at 3-4 dollars/dozen (bring your own cartons). Still too expensive but beats the snot out of grocery store prices and supports the local farmers.
I still remember when my son was stationed in Fairbanks and his wife would complain about egg prices, he was paying around 2.50 to 3 a dozen. I sent her a picture from Aldis one day of the Eggs priceā¦28 cents a dozen . to rub it in a bit for fun.
they were 7.24 today at publics in lexington.

I see pretty big differences amongst us in here.
South seems to be the cheapest, guess we might raise more chickens down here but I donāt know.
I dropped one yesterday. Milo loved it.
I had bacon and 2 fried eggs this morning for breakfast and didnāt share with Shelby 
she wasnāt happy 
Plenty of chicken farmers around here help keep the grocery stores cheap.

Funny, I have made 4 eggs at breakfast for ages and would share 1 with Raj as it was cheap healthy food.
Now I make 3 and Raj gets less, sorry Raj!

I have not bought eggs in 2 months
Biden admin. had 100 million plus laying hens destroyed last year, wonder if that might affect egg prices any ?
If I hear one more person blame Trump, I might throat-punch them.
