To clarify PSA did promise to send out the pins and I ordered anti walk pins.
Not really the right topic but don’t sweat it, people here will still try to help. Did you change the gas settings at all when you were shooting, because the gun sounds way undergassed from what you said about barely ejecting and having some FTF issues.
If you didn’t mess with the setting at all, maybe try turning it all the way one way, shooting a round, then turning it all the other way and shooting another to find out which end is closed and which is open, then fine tuning from there. If you try this, make sure you’re using the same ammo the entire time. Ideally you want your ejection to be around 3-4 o’clock, but it’s really not a big deal if it’s a little off so long as the gun is functioning. You don’t want it super overgassed because it will wear parts more quickly and fling brass halfway across the range (like my Mini-14 does,) and, well, after your range session I think you know why you don’t want it undergassed.

Copy that thanks man. Haven’t been on forums in a while and I wasn’t sure how to use the topic search function. I got her running good today. The not feeding issue was a big part the hammer pin walking out, small part gas. I did exactly what you said followed along with watching the hammer pin and insuring it didn’t walk out and I now have a consistent 3 o’clock ish ejection pattern and she’s now dialed in! I did have a few ftf but I think it just needs broke in. I’m at 300 rounds through it so I’m gonna run it as is for another 700-800 rounds and assess from there. Thanks for your help!

Glad she’s running good brother. Minor FTF issues can be mag or ammo related too, keep in mind.

I’ve tried Accu-Wedges, didn’t care for them. I spent the money, and bought JP Enterprises oversized take down, and pivot pins. It’s a permanent solution, and you don’t have to worry about a wedge being lost, or getting in your action. Simichrome is another polish that comes in a tube, and performs similar to Flitz. It also works great on gun parts.

Another Flitz post…dab the eraser end of a pencil 
to polish the feed ramp on Dagger pistols, etc. Brush away excess with an old toothbrush and wipe. Also use the Ceramic Sealant for wiping down frames and slides.

Lead away cloth cut a patch a little smaller than normal and run it several times from breach to muzzle one way on brass or plastic jag then follow by clean patches till they are clean. I like to run an oily patch through before putting back in safe.
It will remove bluing. Polygonal barrels love it!

My son bought me an PSA lower for Christmas. I’d really like to build a .350 Legend, but i want I fixed front sight post, with a carrying handle (the carrying handle can be detachable). I can’t find one. Can anybody offer any information where i can find an upper like that, of tell me if I can even install one on whatever upper I buy?

@miked_37880 1st…welcome to the PSA forums. 2nd, you will probably have to build your own upper to get what you want. The gas block journal is probably .750 on most barrels so would need to buy a separate barrel and FSB and install it yourself or have a gun smith do it.

I don’t think there’s an accuracy benefit to tightening up things like that, but it does help with annoyance, especially if you’re just a little OCD like I am.

if you can find the barrel with a fixed front sight… you can always put that in a Upper Receiver with or without a built in carry handle. that’s the easy part… i think finding a 350 legend barrel with a true front sight post as the gas block will be the hard part.

Anyone have a tip for getting an A1 rear sight windage screw to thread all the way through the aperture? I bought an A1 assembly and was dry fitting everything, and without the aperture in the upper receiver, just holding it in my hand, I can’t get the screw to go over 2-3 threads in. I tried cleaning threads and aperture insides with alcohol and a bronze bore brush, then oil and one quarter turn, back it off and repeat. Nothing doing. Thanks!
if you have difficulty racking the slide start with an empty magazine and rack it back it will lock back easily you can then eject the empty magazine and properly load a full magazine securely,
especially helpful to people with any medical issues

if your edc has an rmr practice shooting it with the rmr turned off
if you don’t have sights the backplate works pretty well
