Don’t rack a slide with your pincher fingers on your non-dominate hand. Squeeze the slide with your left hand with butt of the heel of your hand and all 4 fingers pinching the slide and then use your strong hand to push the grip forward and chamber the firearm, not only does this arm the firearm but if done correctly will put the firearm into the firing position in front of you.
