Ok. I use Firefox and on my laptop the site has been an absolute POS the last several weeks. I try to reply to posts, shows as general post. Keep getting some goofy pop up ādraft is being edited inā¦ā Then I get the saving circling the drain symbol. Uploads not going.
About to give up.

Wide awake for the 3rd night in a row.
Every time the Docs make a change in my prescriptions it takes a week or so for everything to get back in sync.
My wife says I get man-apause because Iām more grouchy than normal because lack of sleep.
Oh, hey. A rant thread. I like these. I can contribute.
My ex-girlfriend, not the brightest bulb in the set to begin with, apparently does not understand the purpose of a COURT-ORDERED NO-CONTACT ORDER.
She would show up places where sheād know Iād be. Sometimes even not knowing Iād be there, sheād just go and wait hoping Iād come by. Sheās assaulted me multiple times, both in private and public. Spread lies about me, both verbally and online. Called my work. Convinced others with lies to confront me. Left printed papers on my car. Vandalized my house and showed up at obscene hours banging on my doors and windows. Sheās called the police to attempt to file false charges against me.
I changed my phone number. Blocked every single possible form of contact, literally down to e-mail. Filed multiple police reports. Had her arrested. I sold my house. I moved. I didnāt tell anyone but my closest friends where I went to in order to keep word from getting back to her. A judge told her she legally can not contact me nor can anyone else on her behalf.
I find out today sheās messaging my friends and acquaintances and making FB posts, with my full name and picture, trying to find information on me.
I donāt want to deal with this anymore. Go to the cops again. File more reports. Go to court again. Ugh. For a while before I moved, I stopped carrying my pistol out of fear that she would make me use it.
I told the cop the night they went to arrest her I didnāt want to do this, I just wanted to be left alone. I told the prosecutor at the court house that I didnāt want to be there or go through any of the process, I just wanted to be left alone. Right now I STILL JUST WANT TO BE LEFT ALONE. I donāt like conflict or stress, I donāt deal with it well, I try to live as simple a life as possible.
Iām not saying I wish ill upon her, all Iām saying is, terrible things happen to really great people that donāt deserve it all the time. Canāt some kind of tragedy do me a solid, just this one time? Tornado, earthquake, lightning, a hungry bear, an ill-tempered rattlesnakeā¦anything?
And if youāre wondering, no, Iām not rich or nearly good looking enough to warrant any of her actions.

Okay I have a rant, and it is firearms related. I like to dabble in online auctions just as much as the next guy. Why the hell do people over bid on auctions for more than the items worth? Just saw someone bid $470 on a hi point 40S&W carbine. Saw an auction for 3 glock 19 magazines for $100. Must be some weird ego thing. You can find this stuff for much cheaper brand new lol. Here I thought you might find some deals. Either people way over paying to win a bid or possibly bots driving up the prices. Really seems worthwhile avoiding online auctions and going to in person auctions or gun shows instead.
Or how about the ole āPanic Buyingā scheme where if I am shopping online and I see an item I like text appears āHurry now only 1 item leftā. That is just a complete turn off.
Yup, amazon is notorious for that. And fake bot reviews. Iāve learned to search most recent reviews. Often times if something is spammed with fake positive reviews, the most recent reviews will usually be real people with more honest reviews.

Man oh man the Doctor wasnāt kidding when he said rotator cuff and bicep repair would take 6 months or more to fully recover. Recovery is slow and Iāve no patience.
Dude you have to do what the doctor says, trust me.
I can be hard headed and stubborn as a mule, but I learned a very hard lesson not listening to the doctors after a surgery. I had zero patience and did what I wanted. Well that set me back 6 months or more.
