Let me explain something some will while others donāt. Does anyone remember expansion ammunition pulling fast scams. Yet they did it with powder in 2015 . Now also with primers. You have to be kidding me, REALLY GUYS, smh YOU SAID 2023 OF SPRING, ITS FALL WAY TO WASTE RELOADERS EXPECTATIONS AND PROMISES. 
That is a pretty good way to lessen my interest. I have a very tight budget, and any purchase that isnāt basic necessities is slowly and carefully considered. So if thereās ONE LEFT, it could be sold 50 times before I say, "maybe tomorrow morning). lol Iāll usually just move to the next item on the olā wishlist.
HOA seems to be making a conscious effort to completely bankrupt us. Somehow the 5-digit reserve is a balance of zero, we got assessed to pay this yearās insurance (a first!), and we went well over a year without insurance at all. The only reason we the non-HOA learned that is because a renter tried to buy the unit he was in, the bank told him, and he told us.
Oh, also, we were required to get a 40-year inspection. The HOA did. The building passed. The HOA didnāt pay the engineering firm, so the documentation has not been given to the city. The city fine is over 100k and accruing daily. And no, none of the missing reserves went to this fine, or the 2500 owed the engineers.
A few of my neighbors are angry, but not angry enough to pitch in $100 each household to talk to an attorney, which is absolutely absurd, because they all are better off than I am, and I have it set aside.
Exasperation is our constant companion here.

Altogether it was about 2.50 difference. Not a big deal reallyā¦ā¦more the principle. Iāve heard people that typically badmouth psa say this happens, and Iāve always kind of defended psa. Now itās egg on my faceā¦ā¦ā¦but I aināt gonna tell the haters

Funny thing-the amount for the first consultation is under 400 bucks. Canāt get over a dozen angry addresses to pitch in on 400 bucks. But then, we canāt get them to vote out the current board, either, and that costs zero.

I never wanted to live under an HOA. I kind of ended up here after getting washed downstream by life. My first and last HOA. I will literally live in a shed before another HOA.
How many of the people you talked to are actually owners vice renting from someone who owns a few of the units?
Five.
Six units are owned by the HOA president. Thereās a few absentee owners who rent, but donāt seem to care one way or another what goes on, and we have no way to reach them. The HOA does, but, why would they?
